Refund Process:

Shiekh Shoes is happy to accept returns for full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and/or box, and in the same condition they were shipped in. If the item is not returned in its original box or if the box is taped and used to return the item, a $3 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Any Nike items with a broken box or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Hats and apparel must be in their original tags, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn.

Exchange for Clearance Items:

Clearance and sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Shiekh Shoes will happily cover shipping costs up to $13 for returned items if they are defective, the wrong item was received, or parts or accessories are missing.

There are two options for returns:

•    Mail the package to Shiekh Shoes, Attn: Web Department, 494 North E St., San Bernardino, CA 92401.
•    You may return items to any store location.
•    Please be aware that no refunds will be issued in store. Only the corporate office handles online refunds. Once the retailer has been notified of the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the credit card. Please allow us one week to process your refund.

Exchange Process:

Please call (888) 574-4354 to speak directly with the customer service department about exchanges. They will further explain the procedures required to complete the exchange and confirm that the replacement item you requested is available. Exchangeable merchandise may be returned by mail to the address above or in person at one of the retail locations. A $7.95 processing and handling fee applies to exchanges.

The replacement item will be delivered within 7-10 business days after we receive the original item.

You may be eligible for a free "ground return" on any item in your order if it qualifies for free shipping. An email will be issued with a free return label. This deal is only good for 14 days after your order is received. Returning items to your local Sheik store is the fastest option for receiving a refund or exchange. A return label can be issued for a fee of $7.95 if you want one but don't qualify for free shipping. This fee will either be added to the exchange fee or deducted from your refund.
